Well, you’ve decided to get into beauty. Pretty exciting, eh? Well, except for the fact that there are so many techniques and products that you have no clue where to start. Don’t worry because beauty tips are here! Listed below are some tips that will help you so that you can create a successful beauty regimen.

As you get older, exfoliation becomes more and more important to your skin. Use a glycolic acid-rich cream, facial scrub, or even a retinoid gel to slough off the top layer pf dead skin cells and to reveal the fresh, radiant new skin cells beneath. This can be done three to four times per week for the best effect.

Your hair color should influence which cosmetic colors look the best on you. For example, if you are a brunette, you can use a dark mahogany eyeshadow as a multitasking tool. In a pinch, it can be used to fill in sparse eyebrows, line your upper lash line, and even cover gray roots on your hairline.

If you have very narrow eyes, you can create the illusion that they are more widely opened by first using an eyelash curler to curl your top lashes. Apply a dark brown mascara to the middle lashes, then tilt the wand diagonally and apply the mascara to the outer lashes.

To determine whether you have cool or warm skin tones, check out the veins on the inside of your wrist. If you have cool skin, the veins will appear bluish in color. If you have warm skin, they will have a greenish tint instead. Cool skin tones look best in cool colors, such as blue and purple, whereas warm skin tones, look best in warm colors like red, yellow and orange.

Apply shimmer with a light touch in carefully selected areas that will be exposed to light. This will create a nice glowing effect. Use a highlighter on your nose, brows, and cheekbones. Cover this with a light layer of powder.

If you want to stay beautiful, keep your skin healthy, and feel good, drink lots of water! 5-8 glasses of water a day is great, and even more is always good if you can manage it. Drinking plenty of water helps with bad or dry skin and many other ailments.

Now, don’t you feel better after reading all those tips? That was a lot of information to read through, but at least now you know what to do and where to begin with your beauty regimen. Plus, you can always come back to the above list of tips if you forget.

Thank you for viewing this Question. Hopefully you can help me!
I’ll jump directly to the subject.
    - At some points I might be exaggerating a little or give too much info, which reason is to get an as accurate answer as possible and to help you answer my question easier. -

I’m a male 15 years old teenager that’s turning 16 in Sept 14th, 2013. I am part Swedish and part Cypriot. I have moved to Sweden 1 month ago from Cyprus which I have lived the other 15 years. We’re still looking for a house and we currently live with my grandma.

So, I’m very alike my father which is an athlete at long distance running. I had great confidence in my self with the girls, no hesitation, didn’t fear denial. And almost every time I got the girl I wanted and liked a lot. I liked girls and was hanging around with them since about 9 years old. Playing with girls on the school breaks while the other kids and my friends were playing with their gender.

I had a tough child hood. I wasn’t such a strong personality nor body and I got easily into tears at school because I was an easy target to the other boys. I let myself be controlled some times to have “friends”. Of course I had true friends as well, but I wanted to fit in. After all that though, I have grown strong mentally and personality. Anyway, so at around age 11, the computer has been introduced in my life. Apparently, it got the better of me and I became addicted. I gave up in my social life and real life interaction with friends. I still did interact with my friends but much, much, much less. I became a nerd with the bad meaning of it. I’m skilled and I love computers. I learned a fair number of programming languages and they are as much fun as playing games. I have probably inherited that from my grandpa(mothers side). My computer addiction started with online games. To understand my addiction it was like this: All invitations from friends to go outside or to play were denied, every summer break when school was done I was on the computer 24/7 every single day and last point… every days program was: go school, come home, play computer, sleep. Also because of that I fairly bad grades at school. At late 14 years old, I managed to get rid of my super addiction on the computer. I have started becoming more social again, taking every opportunity given to go do something with friends. From the 100% addiction, I dropped it down to 10%. Even though I have a bright future because of the computers, I still damn it until today because It ruined me and my life. I have been in Sweden for 1 month and already have 15 friends. Today(7/13/2013) we have been together at the beach and had lots of fun. They are great people, invite me to almost everything and they respect me. They help me with things, show me around Sweden and stuff. Since I got rid of my computer addiction, my confidence has grown a bit more and I do not need to fit in anymore. I can take care of myself now.

I am 15 years old, almost 16, and I’m still a virgin that didn’t have a big amount of girl friends or had a real kiss in the mouth with a woman in my life and my social skills have rusted in a big level and they have not been evolved because all I did was be on that damned computer, sealed inside my room, unsociable except for the socialization inside the online games. I am boring in conversations, I hesitate a lot to go up to a girl and talk to her and stuff like that… And I also fear denial for no reason. I don’t really lose anything by trying, but I still fear it… I don’t mind if men or old women think I’m weird because I say something or do something weird. But young, beautiful girls I do care, for some reason, which I didn’t when I was around 10 years old. As a teenager now I look for love, I look for a woman that will keep me company and be together with. Nothing serious can be expected because we’re too young to expect our relationship to last until marriage, but still…

What can I become more sociable? How can I gain back my super confidence? How can I restore what I lost because of the computer?

I’m sorry if this lasted too long, but these questions have been bugging me for a long time since I became a teenager and get me mentally down some times. Sometimes I fear I will be a lonely guy when I grow up and still be a virgin and have never kissed a woman before.

Thanks for taking time to read this. It is truly appreciated!
    Have a good day!

PS: This is my latest picture of myself:
I don’t think I’m ugly enough to be denied because of my looks, or?
EDIT: I really enjoyed the move and I do not regret it one bit. It was an easy choice to take.

I know all the facts and risks of getting a teenage girl friend and I know they don’t know what they want yet. I don’t get heartbroken by a woman that easily anymore and if i get it’s minimal. But hey, It’s part of the cycle of life. You get hurt, you recover and rise up stronger. I’ve been part of that cycle for long so I know.

    Thank you for your answers.

Im fifteen and 5″10. I am pretty chunky and ive noticed that i Just keep getting bigger. Im a size 12 or 13 in jeans right now. I want to get down to a size 4 or 6. My mom said she didnt know if I could and my dad said that hes sure I could. Im not really a big boned person I mean I dont have hips but mostly im just really chunky all over. Is there a limit as to how many pant sizes you can drop? How many pounds do you have to lose or how many inches off of your waist do you have to lose to drop a pant size? Thanks ! :)
what I meant to say is that I DO have hips and curves even if I lost weight but my mom said i would lose most of that and id be tall and slender.

I can think of hundreds of things that I hate about myself and none that I like. I hate that I have no confidence in myself and I just need some ways to help boost it cause I think I’m bordering depression.

I am a male, weigh around 235, I’m 17, and I’m 5 11. I’ve never ran much before. The longest I’ve run is about 1/2 a mile. I want to change that really bad plus I need to lose the weight, scratch that, want to lose the weight. I have a beautiful girlfriend who’s fit and works out regularly. I want to be someone she can be proud of. I do a sport called parkour which involves a lot of running and endurance. What is the best way for me to start running? Help would very much appreciated! :-)
